FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q --- If I submit my film, do I retain the all of my rights to my film?
A:  Of course you retain rights to your film.  The agreement requires that you hold all rights for the exhibition of your film and you only give "Who Likes Short Shorts?" Film Festival the right to screen your film at the festival event and to use your film and/or clips of your film for the promotion of the "Who Likes Short Shorts?" Film Festival.  You do not give the Who Likes Short Shorts? Film Festival, it's Producers, Staff or Partners any rights of distribution or sale of your film.

Q --- When is your submission deadline?
A:  May 12th, 2012

Q --- Is there a specific length, genre or rating requirement?
A:  Films submitted can be any length, genre or rating; although we prefer films to have a run time of twenty minutes or under.

Q --- Is there a fee to submit?
A:  There is currently no fee to submit a film to the Who Likes Short Shorts? Film Festival.

Q --- What format does my film need to be submitted in?
A:  H.264 HD Quicktime .MOV Format. PC Compatible. Either uploaded to our server or digital DVD mailed to:
